Kepler space telescope
Billion billions of stars in our universe, but we only know a little about the sun. In some of the planets, life exists only on earth. Is our world alone, in which there is only life? Or there are many other planets in which life exists. We’ve been searching for answers for decades. Helping us with this, the Kepler Space Telescope. Which is one of the powerful man-made space telescopes. That is the search for Planet in the deep universe.
With the Kepler telescope, all the surprises have been discovered. Kepler looks for planets that are very similar to ours. Scientists are excited about the possibility of life in a new planet. If there is life there, what form is it? It is also interesting to imagine the statement of life on all those planets. But whatever life in the universe is, it has to be according to the laws of the physical. Guys, today’s talk will be like a trip. Where with a powerful telescope made by humans, we will seek answers to the biggest questions of the human race. And that is, are we alone in this universe?
The Kepler space telescope, built over two decades and worked hard, gave a new perspective to the universe. The mission of which is to search for all the planets that are conducting the distant stars in the universe, where alien life can be. Launched in 2009, this strange telescope has so far discovered more than 3500 planets that scientists have been studying. Some of which are as gaseous as the Planet, our Jupiter. Some of us are small and rocky Planet in size like Earth and Mars. Some of these planets also have some planets that surprise us. Such as kepler 16b. Which is conducting its two suns.
Searching for such a planet is not Kepler’s primary task. The primary purpose of Kepler is to find all the planets that have similarities with our planet. After several years of data processing, Kepler reveals that we have many planets in our galaxy, just like the Earth. And there might be an alien life. In the meantime, with the help of biology and evolution, scientists are looking at what life can be like in all planets. According to scientists, the life of all those planets will form itself as the atmosphere here. It may be that there is an alien’s developed civilization at present. After thinking so much, one thing comes to our mind. How does Kepler actually do all this work? How does Kepler find the planet, thousands of light years away?
Find planet cygnus constellation
Kepler is one of the most modern telescopes ever made. It does not take pictures of different parts of the universe as deep as other telescopes. It is designed to look at a particular part of the universe for a long time. Kepler captures a picture of a particular part of the space, captures it every day, converts it into a graph, and sends it to Earth. And in it we see countless stars. For several years in Kepler, a small part of the sky has been watching the cygnus constellation. You may be surprised to know that these small portions have more than four million stars. Kepler was created not to look for stars, but to search for planets around stars.
Planets can be many times smaller in size than stars. And it can’t be seen millions of light years away. So how does Kepler see it? Kepler catches the smallest change in the stars. Which is due to the planets while the stars are in the orbit. When a Planet orbits the stars, the light coming towards us diminishes slightly as the planets approach the stars. The planets of the stars, in the form of stars, emit light from us. Kepler is designed to accurately analyze this small change in light. It graphs very small changes in a very clear way. The larger the planet, the more it will block the light from it. Based on this information, Kepler finds a planet in deep space.
Discovered several planets
Kepler also shows the size of all those planets. And by leveraging all this information, scientists study graphs for a long time. Scientists see in the graph that the light from a star is interrupted four days later. At this time a planet orbits the stars once in four days. Something is blocking the light coming towards Kepler. Which is recorded on the graph. As such, we can say that the larger the planet, the more it will block the light. The scientists then calculate and make an idea of the exact size of the planet. Friends, we learned how Kepler looks for the planet in deep space.
Of our 100 stars in the galaxy as the Kepler daters, life can exist on millions of planets. This number provides a new impetus for finding alien planets. Kepler has discovered several planets. Where there is a possibility of life. We need to find a planet, which will be exactly like our planet. Which, just like our world, is radiating from the sun’s exact distance. We found such a planet with the help of Kepler. That’s 1200 light years away from us. It is a planet that is at a perfect distance from the stars. The weight of the planet is also exactly the size of that planet. There is a lot of potential for ground and water. This planet, 40 percent larger than Earth, has been confirmed as a kepler 62f.
Intelligent life evolution
Guys, this is the planet we are looking for. If there is steady ground and water on this planet, then life is spreading like our earth there. Since the planet is 40 percent larger than Earth, gravity will be higher here than Earth. And because the gravity is higher than the earth, the size and weight of the creatures there may be enormous. Scientists also estimate that there may be 8 foot animals. If there are animals on that planet, are there intelligent creatures like us? 1200 light-years away. A huge challenge for us. We can never go to a planet, only to see that planet from a distance.
If we look at our evolution, we do not know exactly how humans evolved on this earth. There may be modern civilization. Which will be a few times more advanced than us. It may also be that animals are confined to small organisms only. People are still trying to figure out how to make the most of intelligent life. Of which we have only the world’s information. We can only assume that we are intelligent beings on another planet.
